In Case You Missed It: Tiny Tonight Premiere
I thoroughly enjoyed last night’s debut of Tameka “Tiny” Harris‘ new talk show on VH1. After years of playing second fiddle to her former Xscape band members, and even her superstar rapper husband T.I., it was time for Tiny to shine in her own right.
Unfortunately, Tiny chose the wrong co-hosts to share the spotlight with her in the series premiere which aired on VH1 last night.
Socialite Claudia Jordan was the wrong fit entirely. While watching the show, a friend of mine kept asking, “What does she do again?” Then there was none-hit-wonder Trina — who I hear is back in the strip clubs catching dollars in her thong — she doesn’t want you to know that, though. Trina desperately tried to sound intelligent on subjects she knew nothing about.
Luckily, Tamar Braxton was on the set or Trina would have been the most ignorant talk show co-host ever. ‘The View’ these ladies were not. They often talked over Tiny who struggled to make her points heard on her own talk show.
Tiny’s hair stylist Shekinah, who loves Tiny dearly, saved the day for Tiny Tonight viewers. When Shekinah was on the set, the other women quietly deferred to her because there was no talking over Shekinah. Toward the end of the 60-minute show, Tiny held her first ever Teenie Awards, honoring such individuals as Rihanna and First Lady Michelle Obama, among others.
Hours before the show, someone in Tiny’s camp called this blogger complaining about VH1′s lack of support or promotion for Tiny’s talk show. This prompted one blogger to take to Twitter.com to show her full support for Tiny, who has done everything VH1 asked her to do — despite the fact that VH1′s producers alienated and aggravated Tiny’s daughter, Zonnique, to no end. I wish I could say more.

This show was straight ghetto. I wasted too many brain cells watching the 10 minutes that I did.
I watched it and enjoyed it for what it was…Claudia Jordan was the most professional out of the four and that’s not saying a lot…Trina came across as really sweet…Tamar was Tamar and Tiny did the best she could with that she had…Tiny came across as hood and kept bopping/twisting her neck…was this a one time deal or is this going to continue…Shekinah could’ve been left out
The show was cute and gives me something to tweet about! It was not that bad but I think that rapper Trina needs to be replaced because she looked high as a kite and not enthused to be there and also they need to get rid of Claudia who is pretty but just doesn’t fit in with the group! Tiny did a good job!

I missed this last night, otherwise pre-occupied.
Four people have been found dead today in a Colorado house in an apparent murder-suicide, a Weld County sheriff’s spokesman has told CNN’s Christine Sever.
The dead are two men and two females and all are believed to be related, the spokesman, Tim Schwartz, said.
He said a dispatcher got a call with an address, heard a cry of “no, no, no” and then gunfire.
Then a man got on the line and said he was going to kill himself and another shot was heard, Schwartz said.
The call to police came around 4 a.m. local time, Schwartz said

I think I like this show….I like the things they are discussing…lol They all play a role in this show and I going to go out on a limb and say the cast is ok together. Claudia brings that intelligent side…Tiny is ratchett (with money), Tamar is crazy and Trina is fake perfect cast to me.
