Celebs Out & About: Serena Williams
Tennis superstar Serena Williams, 31, and her boyfriend/coach Patrick Mouratoglou, 42, went on a shopping spree in Melbourne, Australia on Sunday. Despite being spotted kissing and canoodling recently, Williams denies having a romantic interest in her coach of 7 months.
Williams and her rumored boyfriend were spotted shopping in Melbourne days after she was ousted from the quarter finals of the Australian Open by a young upstart named Sloane Stephens, 19.
Williams suffered back spasms and a sprained right ankle during her crushing defeat after dropping 2 sets: 3-6, 7-5, 6-4 to the no-name tennis player. Stephens went on to lose in straight sets 1-6, 4-6 to Victoria Azarenka in the semifinals of the Australian Open.
Williams signed Mouratoglou as her coach after she lost for the first time ever in the opening round of a Grand Slam Tournament, the French Open in June last year.
After her loss at the Australian Open, Williams posted a photo of her severely swollen ankle on her website.
