Kelly Rowland attended the Sixth Annual ESSENCE Black Women In Hollywood Awards Luncheon at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Thursday (February 21) in Beverly Hills, California.

Singers Chris Brown and Sean Kingston were spotted riding Mopeds in Hawaii, one day after Brown, 23, celebrated Rihanna’s 25th birthday in Honolulu.

Taylor Swift wasted no time finding a new source of narcissistic supply, after she was dumped by teen idol Harry Styles of the boy band One Direction. Taylor and tom Odell were seen throwing back a few beers at an east london pub in the UK on Thursday. Odell, 22, won a BRIT Critics’ choice award for his album, Songs From Another Love, last year.

What ever happened to the concept of good Customer Service?!!
It irks me to NO end…when I’m supposed to be being serviced by a cashier…or store employee and they start (or continue) a conversation with their co-worker! I tell you it makes ovaries itch!!
Can’t you see there is a customer RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU?! Said customer is your FIRST priority! I don’t care if the friggin store is burning down…u turn to the customer and say “Excuse me ma’am, the store is buring down…I’ll be right with you next tho!”
Don’t make me (the customer) wait…or stop servicing ME..to start/continue a conversation with another store employee!!
