Chris Brown’s Rep Says Instagram Rant Was Fake
Just one day after reports surfaced that Chris Brown allegedly falsified his community service reports, his rep says his latest Instagram rant is fake.
If you recall, Brown deleted his official Instagram page after posting a protracted rant against social media for criticizing his Jesus painting.
Brown wrote:
“I would like to thank all my wonderful fans for letting me express my talents/art for you all.”
“But social media takes away the essence of why we are even special or icons. So with that, I’m detaching myself from that world.”
A day later, after Brown was accused of faking his community service requirements in Virginia, another rant — supposedly authored by Brown — turned up on a private Instagram page which is now deleted.
“Im a human being and I honestly think I deserve respect im sick of being accused,” the post continued. “Im Tired yall just dont understand Ive been going through this s–t since I was 19 years old..you cant sit here and tell me to calm down, when am I gonna get a positive outcome out of anything I do?”
“Just when everything seems to be going good, some new shit happens. A day in my shoes is a day in hell, believe it or not!”
Without commenting on the first rant, Brown’s publicist released a statement to Gossipcop.com, saying the 2nd rant originated from a fake Instagram account by a user named ChrisRealBrown.
“It’s fake. He currently doesn’t have an Instagram,” Brown’s rep told Gossipcop.com.
