Reality TV stars Kim Kardashian, right, and La La Vazquez were spotted dining out at Crustacean Restaurant in Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday (March 19). I wonder if La La advised Kim to be honest and admit that she is not really pregnant?

Exactly… I think she is wearing a lot of black because she has a body image issue that right now she can’t control. That’s why she looks sad alot. When your whole self image is wrapped into what you look like, when that changes, how do you cope?
