Celebs Out & About: Lindsay Lohan, Sara Gilbert
Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, 26, arrived at court today wearing virginal white for the first day of her trial in California. Lindsay showed up late for the 8:30 AM PDT hearing because the private jet she was on was diverted to LAX at the last minute (so says her camp). Lindsay is being sued by a truck driver who says the accident-prone actress collided into his dump truck with her Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway last June.
The truck driver said he suffered emotional distress even though his 18-wheeler showed no significant damage when, he claims, Lindsay was “flying” down the highway and rammed his dump truck with her little Porsche. The truck driver mentioned something about a bribe from Lindsay.

Actress Sara Gilbert, 38, and her lover Linda Perry, 47, were spotted at the farmers market with Gilbert’s kids, Sawyer Gilbert and Levi Hank Gilbert-Adler, in Studio City, CA on Monday (March 18). Perry is a rock musician and songwriter/producer who penned Pink’s #1 hit “Get the Party Started”. Gilbert, who came out as a lesbian in 2010, dated TV producer Allison Adler for years. Each woman gave birth to one child through artificial insemination. Gilbert had Sawyer, 5, and Adler gave birth to Levi, 8.

The ‘Mercy’ rapper – who is expecting his first child with the 32-year-old reality TV star in early July – is trying to convince the fashion editor to put the brunette beauty on the US cover of Vogue magazine.
A source told Star magazine that while Anna thinks that Kanye, 35, is ”terrific”, she thinks his girlfriend of almost one year is ”the worst thing since socks and sandals”.
The insider also claimed that the style icon said Kim would appear in the esteemed fashion magazine ”over her dead body”.
Anna allegedly ignored Kim at New York Fashion Week last September and the insider claims the only way Kim has a chance of appearing in the American version of the magazine is in a feature introducing her newborn baby to the world.
Kim and Anna’s feud has been well documented in the past.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star was banned from attending the star-studded Met Gala in New York last year with Kanye because Anna believed she ”didn’t fit the bill”.
A source previously explained why Kim was not invited: ”Anna hates Kim. Why would she be invited to the event? It is all the biggest stars in the world and Kim doesn’t fit that bill at all. The Met Gala is $25,000 a ticket, but Kim couldn’t even buy her way in.”
Kanye is set to perform at this year’s prestigious ball on May 6 but it is uncertain if Kim will attend, as it is the same day her divorce trial against Kris Humphries is set to begin.

Lindsay Lohan just copped an 11th hour plea deal and will spend 90 days in lockdown rehab … the good news for her … she’s dodged the jail bullet.
After a lot of haggling in chambers with offers and counteroffers, Lindsay pled no contest to the crimes of reckless driving and lying to cops. In addition to rehab, Lindsay will perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months — she’ll get credit for shrink time already completed.
FYI — there’s a mandatory 5 days in jail for reckless driving, but it’s going to be folded into the lockdown rehab so she won’t be behind bars even for a day. Lindsay will be able to do her rehab in NYC. She must stay clear of drugs and drug users. She must submit to drug testing.
She’s also admitted to a probation violation in the jewelry heist case, she was sentenced to 180 days in jail, but that sentence was STAYED and she won’t do time if she continues to obey all laws.
Lindsay showed up 48 minutes late after missing 2 commercial flights from NYC to L.A. She took a private jet and landed a little too late.
The judge also offered a suggestion, “Don’t drive.”
On her way in, someone threw glitter at Lindsay.
