Earlier today a friend emailed me to ask what's wrong with former RHOA cast member Marlo Hampton's collarbones. If you notice in the photo above, Hampton's collarbones are enlarged, like 2 small tumors.
It isn't very clear why Marlo's collarbones are enlarged. It could be genetic. Enlarged collarbones (or clavicles) that look like Hampton's can be caused by fractures or dislocations. The condition could also be caused by bone spurs or swollen lymph nodes (although that's unlikely). Some women who are unusually thin due to diets or too much exercising may also display these collarbone protrusions.
If your collarbone looks like Marlo's it is best to make an appointment to be evaluated by a doctor. It's probably nothing to worry about.
