The Miami Heat Do the Harlem Shake

The world champions Miami Heat introduced their version of the Harlem Shake replete with Halloween costumes. The Heat are in the midst of a 12-game winning streak, so they have good reason to celebrate in their locker room. Coach Spoelstra promised the team he would only hold a team practice if they lose. The team hasn’t practiced together in 3 weeks. The Harlem Shake is the newest dance craze sweeping the nation. Several people have stepped forward claiming to be the originators of the dance, but it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what the Harlem Shake is.

About the whole weight loss thing. How bout yesterday my co worker told me her secret weapon is the ballerina tea. I told her she’s waaay better than me cuz I will NOT burn my stomach from the inside out just to lose some weight. She talmbout once u get used to it, it doesnt hurt anymore.

I had a routine but u have to be really disciplined. I have 20 exercises that I do. The thing is I put on my music on full blast n I do one exercise to each song. Cut out junk. Only eat wen ur absolutely hungry, and only drink water. Its better to put in the work than to put some “magic weight loss formula” in ur body.

Like DJ DCeezy says, the song is called the Harlem Shake. Some other people heard it and made a video that starts out with one person dancing while the people surrounding him are oblivious. Then they all bust out dancing in costumes. No relation meant at all. There’s a video with some people from Harlem seeing the videos for the first time and getting all butthurt over it. Do a lil research peeps. That’s what the Inna-webs is for.
