The woman whose driveway was allegedly set on fire by troubled socialite Amanda Bynes says she hopes the 23-year-old arsonist gets psychiatric help.

Bonnie Braaten, 73, told PEOPLE.com she wasn't aware of "anyone who would be angry with me enough to set a fire in my driveway."

Bynes was admitted Tuesday to a mental hospital on an involuntary 5150 psychiatric hold after she lit a gas canister on fire in the driveway of Braaten's Thousand Oaks, Calif., home.

Actress Tamera Mowry-Housley grew up before our eyes as one of the twin wunderkinders Tia and Tamera on TV's 1990s hit sitcom Sister, Sister. As child stars who were in demand, the twins didn't have the time to get a quality education. That helps explain why Tamera went on a Twitter rant accusing Cocaofab.com of trying "to stay relevant" by attributing an inaccurate quote about Rihanna and Chris Brown to her.

"Please don't make up situations at my expense @mycocoafab to try to stay relevant. Please don't put words in my mouth. Not cool!" an angry Tamera wrote earlier today on her official Twitter account.

Only in America can a congressman who sent pictures of his genitals to numerous women be considered a candidate for mayor of a major metropolitan city.

Disgraced former NY Congressman Anthony Weiner is caught up in yet another sex scandal more than a year after he resigned from office. Website Buzzfeed.com identified a 23-year-old Obama campaigner as the woman who carried on an explicit 6-month affair with Weiner who claimed he was seeking therapy for his sexual compulsions.

Sydney Leathers, a political activist who campaigned for President Obama, met Weiner on Formspring chat, where he registered under the username Carlos danger. Weiner was drawn to Leathers after she defended him online.

Leathers released explicit photos of Weiner's genitals and graphic text messages to TheDirty.com. Since this is a family blog, I won't share the graphic photos or text messages here. But the photos are accessible via a quick Google search.

Weiner has been campaigning for mayor of New York for months -- while allegedly cheating on his wife.

Real Housewives of Benning Road

There's a new "Real Housewives" reality series -- and this one is unscripted. "Real Housewives of Benning Road" in D.C. follows the lives of four fabulous hood rats struggling to make ends meet in D.C.'s public housing. The series stars Stacy Tyson, Rolanda Burgess, Chantel Rollins and Kat.

The D.C. based web series is an obvious parody of the real thing -- but without the pompous egotism and conceited pretentiousness of the big budget network shows.

Kate Middleton and Prince William with son

He's third in line to throne and he's the most famous baby in the world -- even more famous than Beyonce's daughter, Blue Ivy, or Kim Kardashian's infant daughter, North West. Proud parents kate Middleton and Prince Williams wasted no time showing off their bundle of joy as they left St. Mary's Hospital Tuesday evening. Middleton gave birth to the boy, weighing 8 pounds, 6 ounces, at 9:24 p.m. EST Monday evening.

"It's very emotional and it's such a special time. I think any parent probably knows what this feeling is like," Middleton said as she cradled her newborn in her arms.

Unlike narcissistic American celebrities, British royalty don't sell photos of their babies to the tabloids.

Child bride

The last few years have tested the longstanding history of traditional marriage. Homosexuals are winning the right to marry in some parts of the world, and a new amendment to Nigeria's Constitution states that grown men can marry underage girls, even infants.

Correction: Even though Nigerian Senator Ahmed Yerima did marry a 13-year-old girl, that is not the senator pictured above.

Beyonce wig snatched by fan

Beyonce's wig was snatched by a fan during Monday's concert in Montreal. I prayed that a fan would snatch Beyonce's wig during her Mrs Carter World Tour, but I didn't think it would be an electronic fan. Still, it was hilarious to watch Beyonce struggling to sing while attempting to free her weave that was caught in the fan's steely blades. Beyonce's entourage, including faithful bodyguard Julius, had trouble freeing Beyonce from the fan's clutches.

Later, Beyonce tried to make light of her embarrassing wig snatching by uploading a note to her personal Tumblr account.

    Gravity can't begiiiiiiiin
To pull me out of the fan again
I felt my hair was yankiiiiiiiin'
From the fan that's always hatiiiiiiiin'

Enjoy the video after the break!
