A Los Angeles judge on Monday revoked troubled singer Chris Brown's probation in the 2009 Rihanna assault case. The judge cited the assault charge that was filed against Brown in Washington D.C. on Oct. 27. But the judge didn't immediately remand Brown into custody as Brown is reportedly "doing well" in a court-ordered anger management program in Malibu, CA.
Brown appeared in court wearing a tweed jacket and black vest over a starched shirt and tie. His buzz haircut was dyed blond and he debuted a new goatee.
It probably didn't help matters that Brown chucked a rock through his mother's car window during his previous stint in anger management. Brown's next court date is scheduled for February.
