This photo of a toddler dressed in urban gear and holding a stack of cash big enough to choke a horse is making the rounds on the Internet. Influential rappers like Jay Z and Lil Wayne encourage our young men to continue dressing like slobs. Is it any wonder that the white community considers us to be a race of Thugs?
