Ten year old Quvenzhane Wallis stole hearts in the 2012 movie "Beasts of the Southern Wild", for which she earned an Oscar nom. Little Q was the youngest actress to be so honored. She went on to star in the critically acclaimed film "12 Years a Slave".
The accolades and major accomplishments continue to roll in for Q. She was just named the face of Giorgio Armani Jr., a high end fashion line for children and teens.
Armani tell The Hollywood Reporter,
"Quvenzhane is so talented, despite her young age. Her kindness, curiosity and openness towards others really struck me, as they are all traits I admire. It is for this very reason that I wanted her to be the face of Armani Junior. With her insatiable energy, Quvenzhane made the clothing come alive, interpreting it in her own singular way."
Quvenzhane was just cast in her next feature film, Counting by 7s, playing a genius child having to fend for herself after her adoptive parents die in a car crash.
