There is literally no way to get out of child support. Even if you are proven by DNA not to be the father. And mothers are not obligated to pay back money recieved from men wrongfully accused.

Child support is literally extortion. Pay it or got to prison and you don’t have equal rights.

The obligation to provide support only starts at the date of the adoption. So if the kid is 10, the “unwilling” father is still on the hook for 10years worth of support.

And just being married doesn’t mean the child has been “adopted” by the step-dad. That is a whole new seperate transaction that will cost thousands. How many people will pay thousands, to let an ex off the hook for thousands?
