Do me a favor. When you start speaking about we… as if it is inclusive of a group of people I MIGHT belong to strictly because of the extra melanin in my skin.. What I am saying is what does one have to do with another? Why can’t there be outrage at the shooting of an unarmed kid without somebody sullying the discussion with BUT we kill our own so so what? It makes no sense and is counterproductive. So then when people like Rudy G get on tv talking that BS we have to eat it because you go people like Inter (no shade) repeating and like yea you weren’t mad when a little kid got killed. THAT IGNORANT AND WRONG. Again most of the time it’s handled via the court system and good old street justice. Who is handling these cops and KK members killing unchecked?
I am not saying there isn’t an issue. ALL COMMUNITIES HAVE ISSUES. Some greater than others. My point is don’t get so caught up trying to be pc and “self-reflective” that you end up putting the noose around your own neck.
There are ways to address what it happened in your own backyard, mentor the youth and make a difference that does not involve having town halls where you blast one another publicly or go on Fox news acting like we are post racial and blacks are essentially animals out here killing each other because our brains are smaller.
