After the break, friend of the blog Omar “Slim” White gives his unique perspective on traditional marriage.

By Omar “Slim” White:

Greetings my brothers and sisters this year has been another tremendous year as we are all extremely blessed to experience Life.

Join Me this Wednesday night as I celebrate the Day in which I entered this world…

To those of you who have followed my “Spiritual Movement” throughout the years have witnessed how I use my influence to Help change this world through Education. If you’re not familiar with my work I will leave you with a piece I wrote last year…

This image represents what a “Spiritual Marriage” looks like. Marriage in the traditional sense was created so that couples could identify their status with their local government for tax purposes. This programming is the reason why most marriages fail. You see Rings and Certificates is an illusion that has everyone fooled.

If you want to truly bond with someone then do not and I repeat do not put emphasis on certificates but more or so on THE CONNECTION. For example: let’s examine the word RELATION-SHIP. In order to steer the same SHIP it is imperative that the two people involved adjust to the same page buy RELATING to one another.

This my brothers and sisters is the only way that “BONDING” can take place. Think about it this way, If you wanted to sail a ship to Mali but your partner wanted to sail that same ship to Japan then that SHIP wouldn’t go anywhere as it can only be steered in one direction. So this is why both co captains must be on one accord.

So always remember what a “Relation Ship” is all about.

Now when you meet a person you must determine if you have what I call “spiritual compatibility”. What this means is that you’re so fond of that person that nothing really turns you off about them. You can talk to them over the phone for hours. You can spend alone time with them for hours. This person is like your “Siamese Twin” so once you’ve determined this connection then you must move to the next phase of relationship building and see how compatible you truly are.

Once those two processes checkout and you can actually relate with that person on all levels then I see nothing wrong with traditional marriage (only because this system is designed so that the other half needs to be protected legally if something happened to the other person). So in closing if you’re only attracted to someone for superficial reasons then you’ll only attract what you expected.

Peace
