Inside the issue, Kelly talks about being a newlywed mom, and the passing of her mother, Doris Rowland Garrison, who died last December.

The Rowland family photo is the first full photo we’ve seen of little Titan and we love it. Last November, the Destiny’s Child alum and her manager beau announced the arrival of their beautiful babe. “We are thrilled to announce that today we are the proud parents of our first son,” the couple said in a joint statement last November. “We are blessed to report everyone is healthy and happy!”

Po Kelly Rowland. On the heels of being in the SECOND most successful female group of all time and all you can do is get a hook on someone else’s single and a cover for a magazine specifically for the blacks.

People gave up on her when she kept defending Beyonce’ as her “sister” when everyone else saw “The Writing on the Wall” EXCEPT for her.

Then when she tried to get some wake-up and come back to reality… no one gave a $hit anymore. I wouldn’t buy a Kelly Rowland album on free album week on iTunes and I pulled for her for YEARS.

Personally, Letoya Luckett is my second favorite from that group. She’s had some consistently solid albums that just didn’t get airplay. Michelle Williams sounds like Macy Gray with voice lessons that didn’t really take.

I saw this chick get her feet done one day and they were scrapping the dead skin off the bottom of her feet…shiat look like black saw dust fallin awf her feet piling up on the floor.. GIRRRL SPEAKING OF IRON!!! I got my test back from the doctor he said my Im anemic. My iron level was a FOUR! Minimum is 12. He did more test he said he needs to figure out if its just a low iron thing or something deeper that I need to go to a hematologist.. So Im on dark leafy veggies, beans and supplements until the results come back.

Hey Wut and Petty Betty

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch-wide strips

2 Tbsp. (about 1/2 of 1-oz. pkg.) Taco Seasoning Mix
2 Tbsp. flour
1 each green and red pepper, cut into 1-inch-wide strips
1 cup frozen corn
1-1/2 cups Thick & Chunky Salsa
2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
½ cup Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
2 green onions, sliced

** I use what ever salsa is on sale and usually mix a medium and a mild.
** I don’t do the corn in the crock pot but steam and layer on the rice or put on the side

Wuz I don’t know what all your specifics are but level 4 is deadly….I was recently admitted in the hospital for a blood transfusion because I had a level 5. The Dr told me they were surprised I was still walking around. I was past drained and had a pale look to my slin. I never attributed it to my anemia. My Dr called me on my job after my results and told me to leave, and go immediately to the hospital, she had already called ahead. I received 2 units of blood, 3 days in the hospital. I pray that everything is well with you.
