Confused cross-dresser Bruce Jenner filed a motion asking a Los Angeles court to toss out a wrongful death lawsuit filed against him by the family of the woman he killed in a Malibu car crash.
Jenner, who is still deciding on a female name for himself, filed a seven-page response to the lawsuit, calling the crash a "terrible accident."
Jenner was probably thinking about his recent interview with Diane Sawyer when his SUV plowed into the back of Kimberly Howe's car, sending her car careening into oncoming traffic.
Jenner's legal team say Howe's stepchildren, Dana Redmond and William Howe, are "financially independent, successful, adult stepchildren" who haven't seen their stepmother in decades.
Jenner's response adds that the stepchildren "were not financially dependent on the deceased woman for 'the necessities of life'," and therefore, they should not be entitled to Jenner's riches as the result of him killing her recklessly.
Jenner's response was filed today last week at LA Superior Court.
