Subway pitchman Jared Fogle

Subway’s former pitchman is heading to prison.

Jared Fogle, of Indianapolis, will plead guilty to engaging in sexual acts with at least 14 underage minors and teenage prostitutes.

Additionally, Fogle, 37, agrees to pay $1.5 million in restitution to his 14 victims.

In court documents, Fogle admitted to knowingly using his children’s charity to exploit children as young as nine.

Federal investigators allege that Fogle’s former business partner, Russell Taylor, placed hidden cameras in his bathroom to film underage children in his home.

Fogle admits to receiving illicit video footage and graphic images containing child p0rn from Taylor.

Subway permanently severed its business relationship with Fogle in July when feds raided Fogle’s home in an affluent Indianapolis suburb of Zionsville.

Fogle gained fame when he claimed to lose 200 pounds while subsisting on a Subway sandwiches diet.

Fogle faces 5-13 years in prison when he is sentenced.

UPDATE: Fogle’s wife released a statement saying she plans to seek a divorce.

“Obviously, I am extremely shocked and disappointed by the recent developments involving Jared. I am in the process of seeking a dissolution of the marriage. My focus is exclusively on the well-being of my children. Neither I nor my family will have any further comment on the matter. I appreciate respect for my family’s privacy during this difficult time.”
