Wendy Williams lost 50-pounds in three years, and you can too!

The daytime talk show queen revealed her secret to losing weight in a segment of the Wendy Williams After Show on Monday.

Wendy said her secret to losing weight is working out at the gym and watching her calorie intake.

Wendy cautioned her viewers to take it slow with any diet and exercise regimen.

“Slow and steady is the name of the game,” she said. “It’s not going to happen overnight.”

She added: “I don’t believe in crash diets, fad diets. I don’t want my heart to race and pop out of my chest.”

The 51-year-old mother of one revealed she had liposuction and a tummy tuck during her impatient youth in 1994.

“I’m thinner now than I’ve ever been,” she said.

The following are Wendy’s tips for losing weight.

1. Cut meat from your diet
2. Push back from the table; eat less
3. Eliminate extra sauces, sugar, dairy, cheese, eggs
4. Try juicing your vegetables
5. Don’t eat after dark
6. Eat kale chips instead of potato chips
6. Don’t drink soda
7. Increase water intake
8. Replace pasta with wheat pasta
