We had to actually watch an active shooter video at work and it was so scary and felt extremely real to the point I started feeling uneasy and had to pause the video. They then handed out flyers about do and donts. I appreciate the training and preparing us for the worst but why does it have to be like that?

The Internet is a thriving environment for mentally ill individuals. I assumed for many years that people were being their authentic selves. I take the good with the bad and try to refrain from entering online environments where people are unstable.
