Bill Cosby Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Accusers

Comedian Bill Cosby hit back at a few of his accusers by filing a lawsuit claiming defamation of character.

The Ny Daily News reports Cosby filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Massachusetts on Monday.

In the 89-page filing obtained by the Daily News, Cosby named accusers Tamara Green, 67; Therese Serignese, 58; Linda Traitz, Louisa Moritz, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis and Angela Leslie as defendants.

He is accusing them of fabricating stories of sexual assault and trying to “assassinate” his “honorable legacy” for financial gain.

Cosby is seeking an undisclosed amount in compensatory and punitive damages.

“As a result of their false, opportunistic and malicious accusations, Mr. Cosby’s reputation has been irretrievably damaged, and his planned reemergence to network television destroyed as they intended,” the lawsuit states.

Cosby, 78, stands accused of raping over 50 women.

I believe this was the one he was supposed to have suppressed in exchange for a story on his daughter. Allegedly ?. There was one from the lady at Temple too. It means he’s countrrsuing them. They sued (filed the initial complaint), he countersued–he’s claiming that they are lying whores. This would explain why he’s not suing all 113. Aside, from the fact that it would cost him more to pursue it legally, then he could ever possibly expect to receive from some broke never beens.

I was drugged by my ex-boyfriend, I only know he did it, because he admitted it ‘out of love’ and my tox screen came up with all kinds of ish. I never took drugs, drank or smoked. Asked me what I remember-A little bit before coming to his townhouse and him carrying me in his arms back to my condo and briefly speaking to my grandmother. I don’t know either of them. I know what I personally experienced. As far as their different locations legitimizing their collective story. If you will think about or read about the teachers that were publicly demonized as well as arrested after one child made an allegation. It was a snowball affect and later found to be untrue.
