As quickly as Kerry Washington and her unemployed husband Nnambdi Asomugha listed their Hollywood Hills mansion, it sold for $2.695.

Washington and former NFL player, Asomugha, sold their property 3 days after it was listed. The couple are rumored to be living separately after splitting up last year. They had been the subjects of break up rumors since their secret wedding in 2013.

Realty Today reports the marriage is over, but Washington will wait until her heart heals before she makes the announcement.

According to the LA Times, the 1926 French Country-inspired estate boasts chauffeur’s quarters, a guesthouse and a swimming pool.

The quaint 3,855 square foot cottage includes a decorative fireplace in the living room, an updated kitchen, a gym, five bedrooms, and five full bathrooms.

A lush outdoor living room offers picture book views of the Hollywood hills and the iconic Hollywood sign.

Washington, 38, and Asomugha, 34, have a baby daughter together. They wed in a secret ceremony in 2013 — the same year Asomugha was waived by the Raiders.

A mini mansion is around 4,000 sq ft. I’m not poo pooing Kerry or her husband’s accomplishments, but < $3 million in the Hollywood Hills is considered very reasonable.

There are $2 million+ houses down the street from me. There are no hills here. And the square footage is greater than 4,000 sq ft. One of the homes has 2 kitchens if I recall correctly. I wouldn't mind taking a peek inside. It is overpriced, IMO.
