It’s a small, portable elliptical that doesn’t have handles. You can use it while sitting down at a desk, and some have resistance bands to work your arms. I just discovered them last night and should have one by Thursday. I need something I can do that’s quiet since I’m in an apartment and compact. Honey Dip laughed because I told him I bought one, but it’s better than me sitting on my behind all day.
