Psycho Beheads 4-Year-Old Girl in Front of Her Mother in Taiwan (Video)

A psychopath beheaded a 4-year-old girl with a meat cleaver in Taipei, Taiwan Monday morning.

Police say a 33-year-old man with a history of mental problems decapitated the girl as she was riding her bike near her mother who was pushing a baby stroller.

CCTV video footage shows the mother hurrying to keep up with the girl who is pedaling her bike in front of her. Just then the attacker ran up behind the mother and attacked the child with the cleaver.

The mother tried in vain to fight off the attacker, but he continued to attack the child until he decapitated her.

Bystanders heard the screams and rushed over to detain the assailant until police arrived.

Later that evening, the man was attacked by an angry mob of over 100 men who punched and kicked him as he was being escorted by officers outside the police station.
