Rob Kardaahian and his bestie, former stripper Blac Chyna, celebrated his 29th birthday with her son King Cairo, 3, at LegoLand California.

“Pre Birthday Turn up,” Kardashian captioned a photo with him and Chyna, 27, at the theme park.

Chyna and Kardashian are carrying on this charade in the hopes of scoring a well-paying reality TV gig.

I actually just started with eating white rice, and oatmeal. Lots of fruit. Cooked leafy greens. Now I don’t even think about it.

Keeping your freezer stocked with frozen fruit helps, for smoothies. And fish if your going to eat fish. And havt a rice cooker. You just want food you can eat in an instant, whenever you’re hungry. Forget about meals.
