Khloe Kardashian Lamar Odom

Lamar Odom failed to give the Kardashian’s reality TV show a much needed ratings boost, so Khloe Kardashian is filing for divorce — again.

E! News confirms Kardasian, 31, retained the services of Super Lawyer Laura Wasser to file for divorce on Thursday.

Wasser, 48, is also handling Johnny Depp‘s divorce from Amber Heard. Depp, 52, and Heard, 30, tied the knot in 2015.

Kardashian withdrew her previous divorce petition in October after she realized Odom’s drug overdose at a Las Vegas brothel might provide her family show with the ratings boost they so desperately needed.

The reality star played the faithful wife while Odom, 36, lingered in a coma at Sunrise Hospital in Vegas then at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., where Odom was airlifted.

Kardashian plans to stop paying Odom’s bills, including the monthly payments on his rented Calabasas home. A source tells E! News, “Khloe is looking forward to moving on.”

Kardashian claims she withdrew the other divorce because it would make her look insensitive to continue the proceeding.

“I just thought it was really insensitive,” she said in an interview with KIIS FM. “I get it, I get why it’s confusing, I understand all of that.”

But she didn’t think flying off to Houston to watch then-boyfriend James Harden and the Rockets play their home opener was insensitive.

“James Harden has been great. He’s been very supportive with everything,” she said. “There’s of course times where I’m sure he was really uncomfortable about some of the things, but I’m a very honest person and I have nothing to hide and I was very open with how I feel like I had to handle everything with Lamar.”

Harden, 26, kicked Kardashian to the curb soon after.
