Mr Ruggs and D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac’s annual white party is the one party that Atlanta’s club scene waits all year long to attend. Mr Rugg’s (pictured right with rapper Fabolous) is one of Atlanta’s premier party promoters. When he throws a party, it is an affair to remember.

Celebrity guests included Fabolous, Yandy Smith, Erica Dixon, Scrappy, Bambi, Rich Homie Quan, India Westbrooks and her boyfriend Cliff Dixon (pictured above); Natalie Nunn, Tammy Rivera, 2 Chainz, Vegas Jones and many more.

Atlanta Power couple Scrappy and Bambi were in the house. The couple are engaged to be married sometime this year.

India Westbrook is best known for her rise from Instagram model to reality TV star on her family show The Westbrooks. She is known as the Kim Kardashian of the Westbrooks family. Her boyfriend, Cliff Dixon, is a former NBA hopeful who was “adopted” by NBA star Kevin Durant‘s mom at age 16. He played some college ball at Western Kentucky university, but he failed to make the cut on any NBA teams.
