Ludacris Tamika Fuller

Sandrarose.com has learned exclusively that Tamika Fuller was denied her 2nd appeal in a child custody battle with rap mogul Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges, 38.

As you know, Fuller lost custody of their daughter Cai Bella Bridges, 18 months.

She lost her initial appeal of that ruling last year. At which time she was ordered to pay Luda’s attorney fees.

Fuller set up a GoFundMe account to help her raise funds for a second appeal.

Fuller and her attorney, Lisa West, filed the 2nd appeal on May 18, 2015, asking the appellate court to overturn Judge Doris L. Downs‘s initial decision. Fuller also asked for child support from Bridges.

According to my confidential courthouse source, the Georgia Court of Appeals upheld the lower court’s decision and denied Fuller’s motion for an appeal and child support this week.

Fuller has the option of filing another appeal with Georgia’s Superior Court. But it is an expensive and lengthy process.
