FBI sources tell Fox News Channel host Bret Baier the Clinton Foundation case is "likely" moving toward an indictment of Hillary Clinton! The FBI has been investigating the Clinton Foundation for over a year.
According to Fox News, the Justice Department, led by Loretta Lynch, tried to force the FBI to destroy laptops turned over by Clinton Foundation top execs Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson.
The FBI reportedly refused to destroy the laptops, which they believe contain evidence of pay-for-play at the Clinton Foundation.
On Friday, FBI Director James Comey announced he was reopening the investigation into Clinton's private email server after new emails were discovered.
The new emails were found on a laptop shared by Clinton's aide Huma Abedin and her pervy husband Anthony Weiner.
Sources tell Baier the new emails are believed to have originated on Clinton's email server.
In 2014, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was served a subpoena ordering her to preserve and turn over all emails on her private home server.
The new emails are not among the 55,000 emails Clinton turned over to the FBI in 2014.
The FBI source told Baier that an indictment is likely against Clinton and/or her top execs "barring some obstruction in some way" from the Justice Department.
Additionally, Baier said his source told him Hillary Clinton's server has been hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies and that data had been downloaded from her server.
The source said any immunity deal offered to Clinton's inner circle is null and void if they lied at any point in the investigation.
There's an old saying that goes, "Absolute power corrupts absolutely."
If Hillary Clinton gets into office she will have absolute power to do anything she wants with impunity. Outgoing President Obama will pardon her if she is indicted by the FBI.
The only way to dislodge Clinton from the Oval Office will be through impeachment or an act of God.
Vote responsibly on November 8.
