Kanye West

Musician Kanye West admitted he would have voted for Donald Trump, if he had voted.

West made the courageous statement during the San Jose stop of his mostly sold out Saint Pablo concert tour Thursday night.

West, 39, paused his concert at least dozen times to clear his head, to lecture concertgoers, and to pledge his allegiance to Trump.

The only reason he didn’t announce his support for Trump publicly beforehand is because Justin Bieber‘s manager Scooter Braun advised him to wait until after the election.

Apparently West’s wife, socialite Kim Kardashian-West, also got the same advice from Braun. Recall that she bravely tested the waters by revealing she might vote for Trump rather than for Hillary Clinton.

But the backlash from the media and Twitter.com users was so severe that she walked back her comments by declaring, “I’m with her,” meaning she was voting for Clinton.

Insiders whisper that Kim secretly voted for Trump anyway.

It’s a shame that Americans are afraid to voice their political affiliations in 2016 out of fear of retaliation from other Americans.
