    Do you detox with a liquid diet? I "balance" my addiction out by walking 3-4 miles a day that's about it. Every now and then I will just crave healthy foods and eat nothing but that but it only lasts about a week.

    Tea detox Yogi teas have detox teas . They are not those crazy detox teas that make your stomach hurt in agony and pain and run to the bathroom. I buy mine from health food stores but Yogi teas are on Amazon and in Walmart . It just cleaned my system out . For a deeper cleanse I do a liver detox every six months and then a whole body cleanse by Renew life . The first three days they both say take two pills in the morning and two at night ... I take one in the morning and one st night for three days then switch to two for each day for twice for the remainder of the cleanse. I lost weight and my belly was flatter. I went to the bathroom EVERY MORNING . but my craving for sweet goes down and I drank/drink plenty of water and get plenty of fiber. I still like to bake and eat sweets for the family and I eat them on occasion . Especially when it's my special time of the month....
