Actress Jada Pinkett Smith accused a paparazzo of scratching her custom blacked out Rolls Royce in Beverly Hills, CA. on Wednesday. The 45-year-old actress was leaving the E. Baldi restaurant after lunch when the over-eager photog tried to squeeze between her Rolls Royce and a van. In the process, the photographer reportedly nicked the expensive ride.

In a video posted by TMZ, Will Smith‘s wife approached the cameraman and threatened to make him pay for the damage. The footage also showed the flustered pap stuttering and denying the accusation. The Matrix star eventually laughed off the incident and drove away.
