A model and party girl who dated comedian Bill Maher in the past claims he was fond of using a racial slur that is offensive to black people.

Nancy “Coco” Johnson, 51, says Maher, uttered the word “ni–ger” around her many times when they dated. I’ve heard the word many times,” she told TMZ.

Maher, 61, sparked controversy over the weekend when he called himself a “house ni–er,” during a ‘Real Time’ segment with Nebraska Rep. Sen. Ben Sasse.

“I just think that anyone who uses the N-word is insensitive. I’m sure that he’s learned his lesson,” Johnson told TMZ.

“Maybe some sensitivity training at the NAACP could do some use,” Johnson continued.

Johnson began dating the ballsy television personality in 2003. They split 17 months later and Johnson sued Maher for $9 million claiming “pain and suffering” for the alleged “insulting, humiliating and degrading racial comments” he uttered around her.

At the time, Johnson’s lawsuit stated Maher promised to marry her and sire children with her, support her financially and buy her a Beverly Hills mansion.

Maher’s lawyers denied her claims, saying he never promised to support her financially.

Her lawsuit was dismissed presumably because Maher settled with her out of court.
