Keshia Knight Pulliam's estranged husband Edgerton Hartwell has filed a motion in family court accusing Pulliam of violating a child custody order.
Pulliam, 38, accompanied her TV father Bill Cosby to a Pennsylvania courthouse on the first day of his sex assault trial on Monday. Pulliam played adorable Rudy Huxtable on the highly-rateed sitcom The Cosby Show.
Hartwell, 39, filed a motion on Thursday alleging Pulliam did not bring baby Ella Grace to him for his twice-weekly one hour visit on Tuesday.
Pulliam, who played adorable Rudy Huxtable on the highly-rated sitcom The Cosby Show, was in Pennsylvania to support the 79-year-old comedian who is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting 40 women over 4 decades.
In his filing, Hartwell claims Pulliam took the baby with her to Pennsylvania and did not tell him of her plans to leave town.
Hartwell asks that Pulliam pay his attorney fees and court fees related to the new motion. He is also asking for a makeup visit with his daughter.
In a previous filing last month, Pulliam accused Hartwell of violating a court order by paying his child support late. She asked a judge to put the former NFL player behind bars until his debt to her is paid in full.
Pulliam married the philandering womanizer just one month after they began dating in 2015. He was already engaged to another woman at the time.
