SHOOTOUT

Customers inside a car Dealership in North Texas ran for their lives as a shootout left three people dead on Tuesday. None of the customers at the Greenville Nissan dealership were injured.

Police say 20 shots were fired in the span of 6 seconds.

Fugitive Ramon Hutchison was wanted in Minneapolis on an outstanding warrant for drug trafficking. The two bounty hunters, Fidel Garcia, Jr. and Gabriel Bernal, reportedly told the dealership manager they were federal agents there to serve a warrant for Hutchison’s arrest.

Cell phone video taken by a customer shows the bounty hunters entering the glass enclosed office with guns drawn. A woman who was with Hutchison fled the office as Hutchison drew an automatic pistol and a scuffle ensued.

According to CBS This Morning, Hutchison dropped his weapon on the floor and all three men went for the gun. 20 gunshots are heard on the video amid the screams of customers and employees at the dealership.

All three men were pronounced dead at the scene.

The owner of F&G Security, which employed Garcia and Bernal, said his bounty hunters would never misrepresent themselves as law enforcement.

The two men began trailing Hutchison in March after he failed to appear for a court hearing in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Hutchison was a resident of St. Paul, MN.

People need to sue the company the bounty hunters worked for they put the genetal public at risk. Bounty hunters are like the transit police rejects who didnt have what it taskes to becone police officers many of whom are mentally not all there

  • Yardgirl

Bounty Hunters are way too agressive!! Why nit wait until he exited the place? Innocent people could have died!!?

  • Justlooknout
  • Phillybruh

They couldn’t wait at the door. They were inviting this type of response from him. Sounds like they shot him and each other.

  • Yen Chantress

    Smells fishy!

  • Zeta Phi Beta 1920

    Wow!

  • sunni_daze

Bounty Hunters misrepresent themselves, how else are they gonna cath the person.

  • I want to be free

I agree. They have been trailing him since March and they couldn’t wait for him outside so that innocent people don’t get harmed.

  • SingleGalCrazyWorld

I hope the customers and dealership sue these fake azz top flight security agents…

  • Vicki White

Bounty hunters loaded with guns like their on they own reality show. I will sue and laws need to be made that restrict their use of force as well.

  • Mojo2

TV drama coming to your neighborhood.

  • Quitedeliteful

Robo-Cops on the loose!! Sounds like a big lawsuit to me…

  • 100milesperhour

“The owner of F&G Security, which employed Garcia and Bernal, said his bounty hunters would never misrepresent themselves as law enforcement”. Why would the dealership manager makeup that they identified themselves as federal agents? He’s already preparing himself for lawsuits…never mind his employees are dead, dead, dead.

  • Yoni7

    Welp.

  • Quitedeliteful

Very true — and what did it get these billy-badd-azzes??? Nothing but a dirt nap…

  • Yoni7

  • Quitedeliteful

I hope these dumb-bunnies didn’t have families they needed to take care of because who gon’ pay the rent?!?!?

  • Coffee1st

Re: security company’s statement. Bull. My understanding is that bounty hunters often operate outside of the law, using very aggressive tactics that often violates people’s rights (fugitive and anyone nearby). Doesn’t seem to be any regulatory oversight over these guys.
Also. I’m sure the camera footage of BH going into office with guns drawn will be incriminating for them…….. Amazing how it doesn’t work that way for police officers.

  • Wile E. Coli

As dumb as they are, they’re miles ahead of Danny Glover.

  • Quitedeliteful

Not really, because Danny Glover is still in the land of the living.

  • LibraGirlonly

Smh At this. The bounty hunters thought they could do whatever they want and the MOst High proved them wrong. Their world is crumbling and they know their time is up (400 yrs)

  • Vegas1989

Once they found him they should have call the “Real Po Po” ,handed over all the info on him and called it the day. Now they are all dead. SMH..If you saw the video it was just crazy.Thank God no one else got shot or killed

  • ShWa

They think they are the po po’s, and this is why they are dead.

  • Mr.LeBrickJames

They approached him with guns drawn, pointed at him… but he was still able to pull his gun and kill them both? Just doesn’t seem like that should ever happen. R.I.P. to them both.

  • YouWontSayItButIWill

    Girl….lol

  • Chief Troll So Hard

They put the people in that building lives all in danger….oh well to them.

  • Anunnaki

Was this A hit gone Wrong, Yes it was, and the top dog sitting back, like he wont be able to tell on me…SMDH

  • Anunnaki

bounty hunter are not lawful, they just found a loophole and used it

  • WutizaGRANNY!

This owner of the dealership is about to be an owner of a Security Agency as well… https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/68bc52b2a4f54f3dc0d4dea29ec0c12c203c19b65d4d18beb2fbbd13d0be6a55.gif

  • Faithz

They need to have called the “Swat” team, instead
    of playing so bad.

  • Dowoop

The person with the phone is an idiot…Thats how some “innocent bystanders” get shot. Like where are you going?!? Back up, not go closer.

  • Junkanoo

They must have been feeling their oats they payed the ultimate price

  • INDUSTRY GURU

So, they all killed each other, shot each other to death.

  • Shira Harding-James

Why would they do something soooo stupid?!
Why not just go in three and try to arrest the man, why shoot up the joint?!

  • TooMuchTea

    Amateur move

  • Mister Fantastic

Yeah! Why those “security guys” going across state lines WITH GUNS to pick up a person who skips on bail is crazy. Representing their selves as FEDERAL AGENTS got them to meet their Maker. Bail bondsmen, Hood lawyers, Repo guys, and Payday loan employees are the filth of the Earth. Real talk!

  • nick c

He had a gun he wasn’t going back to jail.

  • nick c

They outsourcing a lot of outstanding warrants now especially if your no longer in the county or state.

  • nick c

You do not want to engage people in enclosed spaces period they can easily get the jump on you or you could get ambushed.

  • nick c

Engaging anyone in an enclosed space is dangerous that’s why SWAT PLUS half the police department rush inside your home even if they are serving just one warrant, and only one person is believed to be in the home.

  • nick c

It’s easy to double pop if two people are standing right next to each other in a small room, outside you would want to be 10 to 25 feet apart, much harder to cap two people simultaneously like that.

  • Faithz

    Exactly.

  • Crazy tee

I thought they were shooting over a Nissan…I was getting ready to say “now come on”….RIP

  • Crazy tee

I bet they were white…Always in business that’s not there’s…

  • Allihave2say

These two bounty hunters (RIP) didn’t secure their convict or the public. They both had guns drawn but didn’t take control of the environment or the bounty. They seem to not have any combat or police training what so ever. This man dropped his gun, fumbled with it and they still ended up dead. SMDH.

  • Allihave2say

They didn’t properly catch him off guard. Not to mention they accosted him with two other innocents within inches of the bounty. El Stupido.

  • Allihave2say

That’s true. They should have considered him armed and dangerous. If they knew enough to track him to the dealership they should have known he was packing heat. Their families lost loved ones because these two men seem improperly trained for their jobs. It is a crime to represent yourself as a federal agent. You must properly identify your role.

  • Allihave2say

    And you know this.

  • Messenger

If he failed to appear for a court hearing, then what he did wasn’t bad enough to warrant guns drawn. If it were, he should have already been in jail. Why all the violence?

  • Jheri Curl

sounds like a success to me!

  • Doink_Ahanahue

Um, dude had a gun at work! Who does that? They needed to do so, but they seemed to lack proper training

  • JENNYJONES1

WHERE DID IT SAY HE WAS AT WORK? IT SAID A WOMAN WAS THERE WITH HIM SO THAT SOUNDS LIKE ONE OF THEM WAS GOING CAR HUNTING. THE BOUNTY HUNTERS WERE WRONG FOR GOING INTO THAT DEALERSHIP WITH ALL OF THOSE INNOCENT PEOPLE THERE B/C JUST AS THINGS WENT, YOU NEVER KNOW HOW SOMEONE WILL REACT. THAT’S SOME BS!!! I SEE A LAWSUIT BY THE DEALERSHIP TO THE BOUNTY HUNTERS OFFICE…….JENNY JONES!!!

  • JENNYJONES1

I SOOO AGREE. BOUNTY HUNTERS HAVE GUNS, HANDCUFFS AND ARREST RIGHTS WHICH MAKES THEM THINK THEY ARE REAL COPS OR FEDERAL AGENTS BUT FORGETTING THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO CHECK IN WITH THE LOCAL POLICE ESP WHEN THEY CROSS STATE LINES. MAY THEY R.I.P. BUT THESE 2 WANNA BE FEDS GOT THEMSELVES KILLED, TERR0RIZED EVERYONE AT THE DEALERSHIP AND MAY END UP GETTING A LAWSUIT BY THE FUGITIVE’S FAMILY AS WELL AS THE DEALERSHIP FOR NOT FOLLOWING LAWS. SMH!!!……
    JENNY JONES!!!

  • JENNYJONES1

THEY WATCHED TOO MUCH DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER OR COPS. SMH!!!………JENNY JONES!!!

  • 6ue$$imh8n

Mind you he dropped his gun on the table and managed to pick it back up wow

  • 6ue$$imh8n

They was to greedy thinking of that money that was on his head smfh

  • Doink_Ahanahue

Whether he was at work or not I do not know. But I agree with you that there is most likely and justifiably a lawsuit coming!
