50 Cent is not impressed with Jay-Z‘s latest hip hop contribution. The “In Da Club” rapper ridiculed the aging rap mogul’s platinum album, saying Jay-Z is losing his touch. Fiddy likes Jay-Z’s new album, titled 4:44, he said Jay’s lyrics are “too smart” for the hood.

Calling Jay-Z’s album “golf course music,” 50 Cent said, “I thought the sh-t was a’ight. I liked the sh-t, but I’m gonna keep it 100, the sh-t was too smart. I felt like I was supposed to be wearing glasses and tie a f–king sweater around my waist. It was, like, Ivy League sh-t.”

Fiddy also urged his rap peer to stop saying he’s the best — because he’s just too old to compete with younger rap stars. He suggested Jay-Z call it a day and retire from the rap game.

“I’mma tell you the truth, ni–as is hot out here. They don’t wanna hear that sh-t,” said the 42-year-old rapper. “They just wanna have a good time. F–k that. You can’t be the best rapper at 47, because the new ni–as is here.”
