The purpose of a hat is to cover the head, not cover the eyes. What if the model walked off the runway and injured a well-heeled guest sitting in the front row? The floppy hat was part of the Celine Bethmann show (DfT winner 2016) at ‘Designer for Tomorrow’ by Peek & Cloppenburg and Fashion ID, during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin Spring/Summer 2018.
