Blac Chyna and her rumored boyfriend, unknown rapper Mechie, were spotted partying at Project LA on Saturday. The mother-of-two rocked a brand new red wig from Kendra’s boutique, which she contrasted wildly with polka dot bell bottoms and matching headband from Shane Justin‘s Spring/Summer 2017 collection ($250), and a vintage Chanel white fur handbag.

According to Radar Online, the 29-year-old former stripper received $15,000 in cash for just 60 minutes of face time at the club. Radar’s source saw Chyna carrying a large wad of cash as she entered the club with Mechie, 24, wearing black tee and B&W bandana.

Nightclub owners usually meet with the “talent” outside the club (or even back at their hotel) where they pay the “talent” half of their appearance fee up front before the talent arrives at their establishment.

The artist receives the other half of their fee when they show up. If they don’t show up, they receive a summons to appear in court.

Here’s how the artists get into trouble with the IRS: the artists believe these payments are “under the table.” But nightclub owners are businessmen (and business women) who look to maximize their profits through tax write-offs. So, even though they pay artists cash, they almost always include the payments in their profit and loss sheets when they file their business taxes.

A year later, the celebrity gets a certified letter from the IRS demanding their cut, and you know what happens if they don’t pony up Uncle Sam’s monies.
