Auburn police arrested rapper Nelly after a woman claimed she was raped on his tour bus Saturday morning.

Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Haynes, Jr., was taken into custody early Saturday in Auburn, WA.

Nelly performed Friday night at the White River Amphitheatre near Auburn, WA.

Police say Nelly went to Seattle after the concert, and the woman returned to Auburn with him and his entourage on the tour bus.

The woman called police around 3:45 a.m. Saturday, saying she was sexually assaulted by the 42-year-old father-of-four.

Police caught up with the rapper’s tour bus parked behind a Walmart Supercenter on the 700 block of Outlet Collection Way.

According to Q13FOX, officers had probable cause to arrest the “Hot In Herre” rapper. He was booked into a Des Moines, WA jail on a charge of 2nd-degree rape.

Nelly is best known for his hit rap song “Country Grammar”.

He is engaged to his longtime girlfriend Shantel Jackson. The couple stars in E! Network’s new reality TV series The Platinum Life.
