Ludacris and Eudoxie Bridges

Award winning musician and actor Chris “Ludacris” Bridges and his foundation, The Ludacris Foundation, remembers the importance of giving back and extending a helping hand to those that are less fortunate.

The Ludacris Foundation along with Mayor Kasim Reed will distribute 300 Thanksgiving turkeys, greens, and sweet potatoes to metro Atlanta residents at the Rosel Fann Recreation Center on 365 Cleveland Avenue SE., Atlanta, GA 30354 on Tuesday, Nov. 21, from 11.00am to 1:00pm.

In addition to the Turkey giveaway, Ludacris, his wife Eudoxie Bridges and the entire Bridges family will visit the Egleston Children’s Center to bring cheer and distribute winter coats from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. The Children’s Center is located on 1405 Clifton Road NE., Atlanta, GA 30322.

Also in the spirit of giving back, on Saturday, November 18th, Luda’s mom Roberta Shields will be traveling to Houston, Texas for a lunch with Hurricane Harvey survivors.

Ms. Shields and The Ludacris Foundation will give out cash gift cards to help fund Thanksgiving dinner for those families. To date the foundation has given over $45,000 to Hurricane Harvey families and donated items including school uniforms and other badly needed household goods.
