Oprah Winfrey is reconsidering her decision not to run for president in 2020. In a cover story for PEOPLE magazine, Oprah said only God can make her run for president.

Oprah’s revelation comes a day after President Donald Trump announced his new campaign manager for his reelection.

So far, the Democrats have shown no signs of backing any candidate to unseat Trump.

Oprah says she will reconsider her previous decision not to run for president if God tells her to run.

“I went into prayer,” she tells PEOPLE. “‘God, if you think I’m supposed to run, you gotta tell me, and it has to be so clear that not even I can miss it,'” she said. Oprah, “I haven’t gotten that (so far).”

The 64-year-old media mogul who is currently promoting her new movie ‘A Wrinkle In Time’, is a devoutly religious woman who once considered starting her own religion.

Winfrey says her best friend Gayle King urged her to consider running after Oprah’s life partner, Stedman Graham told reporters she planned to run for president.

Oprah was overwhelmed by the response to Graham’s statement.

“I had people — wealthy, billionaires — calling me up and saying, ‘I can get you a billion dollars. I can run your campaign. That many people saying something made me think, ‘Am I at least supposed to look at the question?'”

The View co-host Joy Behar made headlines for mocking Christians who say they speak to God. Behar claimed people who talk to God — and hear Him respond — are “mentally ill.”
