The power couple sold in their Chatsworth, California mansion, which they picked up for a modest $1.35 million last summer.
The couple’s new digs offers maximum privacy behind wrought iron gates on three-quarters of an acre. The home features 5 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a vertigo-inducing open-tread circular staircase, and a dining room that opens to a courtyard patio.
Beyond the accordion-folding glass doors is a tiled loggia that overlooks a gorgeous infinity-edge swimming pool.
The lower level man cave boasts a huge game room with full bar, a walk-in wine vault, a yoga/fitness studio and a home theater. There is even a yoga/meditation room for Union to calm her nerves.
Wade and Union still own a 12,000-square-foot mansion on Miami Beach.
