The mother of Instagram brat “Lil Tay,” who was featured in videos cursing and flashing stacks of cash, was fired from her real estate job.

Lil Tay became an Instagram sensation for pretending to be a wealthy trust fund kid and chilling in million-dollar penthouses.

It turns out the 9-year-old’s mother worked for the real estate agency that listed the properties. The videos were staged and the stacks of cash were movie prop money.

Vancouver blog Daily Hive broke the story that Lil Tay’s mother, real estate agent Angela Tian was fired for filming her kid yelling profanities in a pricey penthouse that was listed on Realtor.com.

The kid often geotagged her photos with affluent locations such as Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills in the U.S., but Daily Hive confirms she never left Vancouver.

Daily Hive reached out to Tian’s real estate agency and confirmed she was let go.

“When we found out about this activity last week we had to dismiss her,” Jim Lew, director of business development for Pacific Place Group, told Daily Hive via email.

“There is no place for this sort of activity in our industry. Angela has only been a realtor with our brokerage firm for only six months.”

Her mom may be out of work, but being a spoiled brat with a 1.7 million followers pays big.
