Fans expressed their concern that Offset blew smoke in his fiancee’s direction after a video circulated online showing Offset blowing smoke her way. Many fans noted the annoyed look on Cardi’s face.

Cardi reminded her Instagram followers that stress is just as harmful to her and the baby as second hand smoke.

“Sooo now ya so concern on what can harm my baby ?,” she wrote in her now familiar broken dialect. “but when b-tches was attacking me online everyday ya wasn’t concern about baby or not !”.

She added: “Don’t drama that causes stress harm babies more than anything ?dont the mother stress in the brain and in the body harms baby ?”

A few of her followers suggested staying off of social media at least until the child is born.

One insider noted that Cardi is around second hand smoke all day long at home, as well as in the club. “She’s used to it,” the insider said.
