Beyonce and JAY-Z

Judging from the harsh reviews on social media, Beyonce and JAY-Z‘s “Apesh*t” flopped with music and art fans.

Social media users criticized the pair for wearing too much expensive designer clothing in the Louvre Musuem among the classical paintings of peasants wearing tattered rags.

By some estimates, Beyonce and JAY-Z changed outfits 16 times in the video.

But not everyone was mad. MCM emailed Sandrarose.com to gush about Beyonce wearing a custom classic MCM Visetos Bustier created by celebrity stylist Misa Hylton for her MCM x Misa Hylton capsule collection.

The head-to-toe outfit features MCM Visetos shorts, hat and earrings, plus a trench coat.

The video opens with Beyonce draped in silk pajamas by Peter Pilatto and JAY-Z clad in a green suit by Dries van Noten.

Later, Beyonce and JAY-Z wear a matching white ensemble by Stephane Rolland.

JAY-Z is seen outside the Louvre wearing a Gucci Stamp Formal Jacket (retail $4,280).

Among the other designer brands the couple show off in the video are Burberry, Chanel, Valentino, Versace, and more.

Fans were livid that Bey and Jay desecrated the museum for their video set.

Diana N. wrote: “I love my Queen Bey, but she needs to ditch this uncivilized ghetto trash. I understand why people are mad. DaVinci probably vomits in his grave right now. This is pure crap.?”

Naomi B. writes: “Yep I agreee! whilst wearing Burberry! Where are the black designers and artists! I don’t dislike them but it’s kind of a contradiction.”
