Last night, CNN senior legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin called the violent racist Antifa gang an "African American organization".
Toobin made the ridiculously false statement in response to President Trump warning of Antifa violence during the upcoming midterm elections.
“Antifa is widely perceived as an African-American organization, and this is just part of the same story of LeBron James and Don Lemon and Maxine Waters and the NFL players and the UCLA basketball players," Toobin said.
He added: “Let’s be clear also about what’s going on here. The theme here is, ‘I’m Donald Trump and I’ll protect you from the scary black people.'"
Conservative activist Candace Owens tweeted that Toobin was accusing Black people of forming Antifa -- an obviously racist organization.
"HOLY SHIT. @CNN is now LYING on Black Americans accusing US of committing the violent atrocities that ANTIFA commits across the nation. ANTIFA is a notoriously ALL-WHITE gang, and blaming BLACKS is absolutely DISGRACEFUL @JeffreyToobin."
"Using black people as a shield so that the white democrat gang ANTIFA can commit violence undetected is a new RACIST low for @CNN. #BlackLivesMatter and @NAACP where y’all at? You okay with @JeffreyToobin saying blacks are under the ANTIFA masks?"
A quick Google Image search for "Antifa" pulls up hundreds of images of white people dressed in black garb beating the crap out of anyone who disagree with them. You will be hard pressed to find a Black person in any of the images.
HOLY SHIT. @CNN is now LYING on Black Americans accusing US of committing the violent atrocities that ANTIFA commits across the nation.
