Botham Jean, Amber Guyger

Lawyers for Botham Jean, the Dallas man who was shot dead by a cop in his own apartment, are “disgusted” that a search warrant signed by a judge was made public.

Jean, 26, was shot dead on Sept. 7 by Dallas police officer Amber Guyger, 30, who claimed she shot him because she mistakenly believed he was an intruder inside her own apartment at South Side Flats. Jean’s apartment was one floor above hers.

The search warrant — one of several search warrants signed by a judge on September 7 — was released on the same day Jean was buried in Texas.

The search warrant reveals marijuana and a marijuana grinder were among the items found in Jean’s apartment. Possession of marijuana is illegal in Texas.

The majority of the items found during the search warrant of Jean’s apartment appear to belong to Guyger. The items seized include:

    2 fired cartridge casings
    1 laptop computer
1 black backpack with police equipment and paperwork
    1 insulated lunch box
1 black ballistic vest with “police” markings
10.4 grams of marijuana in ziplock bags
    1 metal marijuana grinder
    2 RFID keys
2 used packages of medical aid

Attorney Lee Merritt, lawyer for the Jean family, said the items found in Jean’s apartment have “absolutely no bearing on the fact that he was shot in his home.”

“I would love to see more information coming out about the warrants executed on the home of the shooter who lived just below him. I haven’t seen any of those. And particularly for it to be on this day the day that we remember and celebrate him… to see the common assassination attempt on the victim that we often see in law enforcement involved shootings.”

Attorneys not involved in the case tell a Fox News affiliate they believe the search warrant contained specific language for weed and other items because those items may have been in plain sight when officers responded to Guyger’s 911 call.

Guyger was arrested and charged with manslaughter 4 days after the shooting. She posted $300,000 bond and was released a few hours later.

Textbook, trying to destroy the character of the victim. Has nothing to do with this donkey-eared bish illegally entering a home and killing a man in cold blood.

  • Ice Lee

That’s crazy. Anything to make the murderer look like a victim. Did they search her house too?? ?

  • Tammie Reed

A damn shame, this WORLD we live in smh!

  • Readytochokemothernatureout

Ummm so but he didn’t kill himself with a piss poor excuse of why. Stick to the facts, he’s the VICTIM

  • Wreckognize Game

I’m old so here I go. ? I don’t care if they found the contents that were missing from Al Capone’s safe. He was the victim. She needs to be under the jail.

  • dru and neil

Did they search her place? She’s the one charged with manslaughter. Nothing they feel like they uncovered or discovered or revealed to the public justifies why that twat killed a man in his own home.

  • the chosen one

The white man is going to run to the media with this.

  • Skin Deep Beauty

?If an injustice occur then NEGROES BETTER REVOLT! THIS WILL BE THE BIGGEST KICK IN THE ASZ YET AND TRULY SOLIDIFY HOW BLACKS ARE SEEN! TALK ABOUT MODERN DAY LYNCHIN AND OPEN SEASON, SOON KILLING BLACKS WILL BECOME LEGAL AND NO JUSTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED!

  • Coco Mcluvin

There is no need for them to search his home, even if her account of things is to be believed. Ridiculous! Deflecting from the real issue. And her actions should be a concern for everyone who resides in that building!

  • Skin Deep Beauty

    Already did!

  • Jussjess25

What we gonna do black people? Seriously what we gonna do??

  • A D N

So, did she get mad because he stomps loudly above her head? Did she go to his apartment to confront him?

  • Lorenzo Chaps

And. All of this is irrelevant. They’re deflecting.

  • Alextra Ballard

So what was found in her apt? I watched “Inside Edition” a few hours ago. They took the cameras inside of his apt along with his attorney. No big deal on the inside,it looked like any bachelor’s apt. Clothing everywhere. Now here’s the interesting part. It was a 4 story complex. She lived on the third 3rd floor he lived on the 4th. All the floors hallways were similar. However in front of her door is a rug and a big potted plant. In front of his door is only a rug. She said the door was ajar. The doors snaps close when you let go of the handle. This bidch deliberately and with malice murdered Mr.Botham.

  • Alextra Ballard

She deliberately murdered this man.Her story is fulla lies.

  • Lorenzo Chaps

I’ve lived on the top floor before. An indicator that you’ve reached the highest level? No more stairs on either side of the hall leading up. If she lives on the 3rd floor, clearly shes used to seeing stairs that lead to the next level up and back down, of course.

I want them to get to his emails, texts messages, etc. What is it? Did he know her, know of her, did they exchange words in the past, etc. I’m not going to believe this was just random. That man was in his home minding his business. I wonder if he himself called the police. So tragic and senseless.

  • Li-Wright

1 black ballistic vest with “police” markings
Nah….something is wrong with this whole thing. I’m starting to think the PO knew him, or they had a relationship. Something smells.

  • Li-Wright

I’m with you. How did he get a police vest? Only police are given those vests.

  • Lorenzo Chaps

Maaaan, I’m holding on to ‘they knew each other’ because this was too specific. I do believe the neighbors who say they heard yelling ‘let me in.’ She couldn’t do anything until he opened the door. When he did, she popped him. He knew something, saw something, maybe she got rid of him for a friend, etc. This was not random.

Police reports he called in on her or sm1 close to her, apt complex complaints, etc. Their paths crossed before that night.

  • Fire & Ice

And the bullsh*t starts. The argument for her to get off, has already started. By the time this gets to court,a jury will say she was defending herself. This white woman was afraid of the big black man, who was high on dope SMH.

  • Lorenzo Chaps

High on dope, in his apartment behind a locked door. She was never in danger, but they will put a spin on this.

  • Mister Fantastic

2 Questions That Need To Be Answered:
    1. What are the results of her drug and alcohol tests?
    2. How did she get into this man’s apartment when the when the door auto slam shut, disputing her door was ajar statement.

  • Fire & Ice

Exactly!!! The spin has already started. I’m sad for the deceased and his family.

  • Alextra Ballard

So they found weed and a grinder..No excuse why she was at his apt. Her apt has a big potted plant at the door. His does not. She knew that wasnt her apt,she just murdered this po man in cold blood

Didn’t I say from the start that the police department started concocting reasonable doubt from the second she called them after murdering this young man.

Didn’t I say they were digging up whatever dirt they could find on this impeccable and upstanding young man to support that murdering female officer’s claim of being in fear.

Her superiors at the police department came up with the wrong apartment theory from the second she called. Gotta hand it to them. That’s some outlandish ridiculous imaginative racist bullshit they came up with that got their murderer fellow officer acquitted before the police even showed up at the murder scene.

So now they are going to willie horton the positive image of this clean cut respectable upper middle class black man to suit their agenda of getting the murdering female officer off scott free.

From wrong apartment and accident, to big dark silhouette, now to black man with a secret checkered life as a weed addict….see how racism works. One of the commentators in the Trayvon Martin Documentary said: “Confusion equals reasonable doubt”. This is why the murdering female officer’s story is strategically all over the place.

I wrote on this blog days ago that I know they are going to go through the racist motions of getting her acquitted and I hope they will do so without slandering the victim’s good name. And they just had to sully his good name even though they already manipulated reasonable doubt. Racism is wicked.

  • Malcom Flex

    No lies detected.

  • Rhondalousey

    Nope!

Because she was involved with and obsessed with him and was stalking his home when she got off work instead of going home to her apartment.

She felt entitled to his affections and demanded he open the door. Then she killed him because he offended her white female sense of entitlement by rejecting her.

As if because he is a black man he doesn’t have a right to say no, a right to refuse to open his door, a right to an uninterrupted good night’s sleep after his honest day’s work, a right to peace and safety in his own home.

  • Alicia.Ashe

  • Jethro
  • Shamwow

White people always try to justify their bull. Ohhh Thanksgiving, Ohhh exploring the world, Oh expanding our religion. Point blank he was killed in his private home. He was minding his own business and in addition to her killing him. A judge is invading his privacy. This is blatant evidence that they always try to criminalize us for nothing. Smh that could’ve been her drugs. She was the only one in the wrong state of mind, not him. But I guarantee if it was the other way around the drugs would’ve instantly been the black man cop who killed a innocent white woman.

  • Shamwow

Last thing this world need is a white cop woman who loves black ?. He probably knew she was crazy and ran as fast as he could. We could count on all fingers , toes and skin cells the endless amount of white women that frame black people.

  • Shamwow

They probably found a search on the computer. “ what to do if you have a crazy neighbor“ a book “how to stay alive while being black” . Smh

  • the guest

This racist female police officer obsessed with her black male neighbor unlawfully entered his home and shot him unarmed with no provocation.

Yet the racist establishment is calling the victim’s character into question, blaming the victim for being murdered in his own home, and convicting the victim for his murder in the media.

Truth is according to castle doctrine principle it was he who had the right to shoot an unlawful intruder. Yet racism sides with, defers to, defends, and excuses the unlawful intruder because the intruder is white, female, police officer.

The KKK used to barge into the homes of black people and kill black people because of white sense of entitlement to override the boundaries and humanity of black people.

I feel like even if he didn’t open the door, even if he ignored and steered clear of her, she would have found another way to stalk and target him, invade his personal space, and try to paint him as victimizing her all in retaliation to him rejecting her.

I’m not judging interracial dating but black men need to be aware of social dangers evoked by the fragility of the white female ego and thier sense of privilege and entitlement. Black men dating interracially must have foresight, intuitive self protectiveness, and take steps to remove themselves from a situation and be safe.

Once this young man rejected this white woman, he needed to move away from that building to be safe. Yes, he needed to break his lease, pack up, and move. Never underestimate the spite of racism.

My self-proclaimed open post (sorry auntie), BUT if Hurricane Flo was a person, she could sue ALLLLLLLL these weather people for deformation of character. At THIS POINT – these weather people ate trying to save face, because Flo is not going to pack the punch they thought she would. They OUTRIGHT LYING on Flo at this point. SMH.

  • Alextra Ballard

I have been tryin so hard not to give credence that these two were in some kind of relationship. I think it was a relationship that flew unda the radar, due to the fact he was a “youth minister” and she was a white cop. I’m sure his family probably would have found this relationship unacceptable. Whatever the case may be she murdered an unarmed man. This bidch can’t possibly get away with this!

  • Alextra Ballard

Drugs ain got nutn to do with this. They’re throwing anything out there hoping somthing sticks.

  • TMW

So let me get this straight. After she shot him [a stranger], she went further into the apartment and I’m sure stepped over and/or around his body and:
    1) sat down her backpack and lunch bag and
    2) took off her vest

And if all that stuff is hers (not clear who the laptop belongs to) the weed was probably hers too. So it makes me wonder if the warrant was not to go through his things, but to retrieve her stuff.

If she tests positive for marijuana, and he doesn’t, the tale will be told.

i believe he hurt the b!tch’s feelings. it was not necessarily a relationship but a slight or an ongoing live-on-top-of-you neighbor thing. they knew one another and not just in passing imho. i think she went up there to harass him, not fugg him.

I believe they knew each other as well. I believe she was banging on the door yelling”Let me in, Let me in”. That reminds me of a woman who has been told something she doesn’t want to hear.”This is over”, “I’m cool”, “I need some time alone”, “This was never meant to be anything more than casual”, I met someone else”, etc. I don’t believe his family would have approved of her either.

  • Shawty

Are they trying to find a reason for her to get off? What the hell do the contents of his apartment have to do with ANYTHING?

  • Cocoa Rose

A lot of black men from the islands don’t have the same issues with self-hate as American black men.

All of this leads to the truth. They hate the truth. On undercover brother white she devil was the perfect name for their female kind.

  • SingleGalCrazyWorld

They changed the county of prosecution from Dallas to the one next to it with 80% white population…her story has not added up since the beginning…the Texas Rangers are trying to steamroll this investigation and hope it blows over…they victimize the perpetrator and now the victim is seen as a drug dealer/user even tho it was his home smh…I swear Im getting so fed up with yts and their antics…lock the trick up she killed an unarmed man!!!

  • RaginB

Why is the police searching this man’s apartment like he is the suspect?! And so what he had some weed he was minding his business.

  • HelloToni

Wait. Did I read this correctly? The items found in the young, innocent man’s apartment belonging to the trigger happy cop?

  • Dowoop

The weed was pbly hers too.

  • stav

Right !Why is the innocent now being investigated? What does this have to do with anything, I hate this system so much.

  • MsPam

I’m sure they found the items while in the apartment when he got shot.

  • MsPam

    I’m confused about that too.?????

  • Lady Elle

I don’t believe the marijuana is his. It’s hers…but since he isn’t here to defend himself they trying to put it on him. And if it is his…so what. She shouldn’t have been at his apartment.

  • Dr. P

Listen, before it’s all said and done, this black man will be labeled as a stalker who broke into her home on numerous occasions. She will be applauded for great police work, reassigned and still an officer. Black lives do NOT matter. Case and point with this phuck shyt right here.

  • Mr.LeBrickJames

    The items seized include:
1 black backpack with police equipment and paperwork
1 black ballistic vest with “police” markings
    ————–
This part was interesting. Police vest, police equpment, and police paperwork? It’s strange that a civilian would have that type of stuff in his apartment. Did he get that stuff from her? Was the police paperwork hers? I’m not usually one given to consipiracy-type thinking, but this stuff is getting more and more curious by the day.

  • Rainbowbelow

They are probably searching for his preschool teacher to find some dirt on him. It’s a shame how they are trying to make the victim anything other than an innocent person who was minding his own business until a rabid dog came in and killed him.

  • SpillyNillie

Right…she had all of these thing with her when she entered the home or were they already in the home?

  • Mr.LeBrickJames

Exactly. If it turns out the vest and other police stuff there were hers, it would give more credence to the idea that they knew each other personally, and she might have had a personal motive for killing him.

  • sunni_daze

It said search warrant. Why would they need to search his home he is the victim

  • LP

They always find a way to demonize Black victims. What in the hell does weed have to do with the fact that he was murdered in his own damn home?! I’m not surprised, just outraged once again…

  • Mr.LeBrickJames

Even if so, it’s strange that they would release the results of the search warrant on his home… but there was no warrant to search HER home, even though she’s the one facing criminal charges.
And did they test her for alcohol or drugs? Why haven’t the results of her toxicology report been publicly released ?

  • LP

Who’s to say they didnt plant that shyt?? I’m so disgusted with this whole case. I’ll always give the local PD investigating the case a serious side eye. The FBI needs to take over this case. Exactly! And whose to say it was not planted by HER bc she knew they would search her belongings once she called 911. We are still waiting on her toxicology results. They should release THAT information more than any information about what was found in his home. Maybe she was breaking in to steal his weed. How about that!?

  • http://www.4flavorsofmecreolemami.com/?m=1 ?4FlavorsOfMe ?????CreoleMami?

Saw this on my timeline last night and just smh cause it seems like it is always something that pops up to take away the focus of when wrong was done what that man had in his house did not constitute him being shot he was in his home minding his business… they checked his home and went to drop some items off there as well

  • cherrypie

Exactly! I just think that they are pulling out all stops to help protect this woman. Someone said they moved the case to next county which is 80% white. I have a feeling the toxicology results will somehow be altered or come back inconclusive. I dont know. I know that God is in control but we’ve seen cases in the past where it looks like a slam dunk but in the end no justice was ever given. SMH. I really feel for his family especially his mother.

  • TMW

No because the only other person that was involved is dead, so we will only ever get her story, which is as far from the truth as you could possibly get. According to what we’ve heard she fired from the door and never entered the apartment. Well apparently that’s a lie.

  • Bashi22

Correct they are pulling out all the stops. Hope the family as money and a good lawyer to do their own independent toxicology and pathological medical work. I’m hopeful that when they move his case to another county it back fire on them as well.

  • TMW

Because there was evidence that she tried to administer medical aid, she probably put her stuff down to do CPR and then when she saw that he was dead, she left the scene. I think the search warrant was to remove her belongings from the home. The thing is Fox didn’t say whose items those were, BUT everybody assumed the weed is his, and they just let everybody make that assumption. And we have taken it and run with it, haven’t we? We do worse by our own sometimes.

  • Sassie

This is disgusting. Just be ready for her to get off like all of her other white counterparts. I am not shocked by anything anymore when it comes to how the police CLEARLY protect their own, whether they are right or WRONG.

  • Sassie

I believe she had drugs in her system, which is why they will NEVER release those tox results.

  • Guest

I am so disgusted by this case. I am from the caribbean and it is heartbreaking what happened to this young man with such a bright future.

  • Sassie

Yep, that’s EXACTLY what they are doing.

  • Sassie

Get ready for that McKnight dude to get off, too…or whatever his name is….the cop who shot that guy 16 times. Cops can get away with ANYTHING. At least the white ones can.

  • Sassie

I was wondering why her stuff would be in his apartment too. I almost believe they were fucking.

  • Sassie

    Right…..

  • Sassie

    That’s what I’m leaning towards.

  • taurus_32

So if the officer didn’t have her vest on (I’m assuming that’s her vest that was recovered along with the backpack) why didn’t she retreat and call 911 if she thought someone was in her home. I say this because assuming there is the possibility that there are more people in the home or she misses the shot. So she doesn’t have a vest on guess what could’ve happened next. The officer was intoxicated is what I’m guessing because her actions do not make any sense at all.

  • Yui

So basically, what you’re saying is, if I was murdered in cold blood the police is gonna search my home and reveal my adult unmentionables?!

Joking aside, I don’t see why the victim’s marijuana (if it’s his at all) usage has anything to do with his murder. Someone on the inside is obviously protecting this blue woman. Shame they are trying to paint the young man is such a light.

  • WhoKnew

Wait. So her belongings were in his apartment? So were they dating and things went left? This is the strangest case, but I agree she’ll probably get 6 months if that.

Sooo they are saying everything on that list is Guyger’s but the marijuana??? Oh Okkkk. It’ll be interesting to see the toxicology report when it finally comes back if it hasnt already been altered. At this point I dont believe anything coming from DPD or the Texas Rangers.

  • Waya Hedia

Relax. Records like this are public. No one is gonna care about some pot. But the police vest is interesting. Was that hers?

  • Waya Hedia

Well, I don’t think anyone is using the pot as any kind of evidence in the murder. It’s just part of the list of things found in his home.

  • Waya Hedia

What would be the point of planting it?

  • Waya Hedia

He isn’t being investigated. I see no reports of any investigations of him. The crime scene is being detailed here. That’s about it.

  • Waya Hedia

His lawyers pick the jury. She’s entitled to a jury of her peers. But both lawyers have the final say, I believe.

  • Waya Hedia

Nothing happened in her home. But I would bet money that it will be searched as well.

  • cherrypie

    Wait…..Is that a serious question??????

  • TMW

I agree. They would have no probable cause to search his property and remove his items. And they probably searched his apartment for anything belonging to or referencing her to see how true her story was that she didn’t know him. And the fact that her police vest and those items were found in the apartment doesn’t go with her story that she shot him from the doorway and never entered the apartment. Either she was there and some type of altercation occurred and she shot him, or she entered the apartment after she shot him. Either way, she’s lying.

  • 90’sBawdy

So if he majority of the items belonged to her, she did NOT go to the wrong apartment and she KNEW who he was, therefore this act was premeditated and she should be charged with second degree murder at a minimum.

  • nomika brown

Exactly why didn’t they search her apartment or tell us anything about her I am shocked that it took them four days to arrest and charge her

  • Waya Hedia

Think for a minute. She has already admitted that she was in the wrong apartment. There is absolutely nothing that can be accomplished by planting pot in his house.

  • Waya Hedia

“we’ve seen cases in the past where it looks like a slam dunk but in the end no justice was ever given”

Because they weren’t ‘slam dunks’. That’s why we don’t have mob justice in America.

  • Waya Hedia

how is that destroying anyone’s character?

  • the guest

That’s an interesting perspective. I do think that in America white women are conditioned to believe that men in all races desire them.

  • Waya Hedia

“This is why the murdering female officer’s story is strategically all over the place.”

What? She already admitted to being in the wrong apartment and shooting an innocent victim. What the fk is wrong with you folks? They released a list of items found in his apartment. In what world would pot ever be a reason to shoot someone? It never has been, actually. So what in the world are you talking about? The only racism I’ve seen so far regarding this case is right here in this forum.

  • Yui

Didn’t say it was. But someone is trying to sway public opinion.

  • Waya Hedia

I don’t think so. They’re merely releasing information. If they really wanted to sway opinion it would be something other than revealing what they found in his apartment. There really is no ‘swaying’ here. She admitted she fk’d up royally. They’re not going to do anything to protect her. She already made them look bad and doing anything to protect her, which isn’t really possible, would only make them look much worse.

  • Waya Hedia

    OH puhleeease.

  • Waya Hedia

Try relaxing and not taking every incident as a personal affront against you or your race?

  • cherrypie

I didnt say “she” planted it. I said “they” MAY have. She wasnt charged for 3 days. All the while, the case was being investigated. They knew she phucked up because of the circumstances surrounding the shooting. Character assassination is real whether you “choose” to believe it or not. This man appears to be squeakly clean. College gradaute, no children, working at a prestigous accounting firm, no gang affiliation, youth pastor etc. I’m not saying that its not his but I am saying anyone meaning DPD could have planted it. This is a high profile case so lets not act like there has not been cases in the past where the police has planted evidence. Lets wait until the toxicology report is released to see exactly who has illegal drugs in their system.

  • Waya Hedia

I didn’t reference her planting anything.

You don’t know if he’s clean or not. It doesn’t matter anyway. Even if he were a child molester or a drug dealer she’s going down if she had no reason to be there. Nothing they could plant or do at this point could help her at all. You’re not thinking this out very clearly.

It really isn’t a high profile case at all. It is a local case and really only affects his family and her career. If she weren’t white we wouldn’t even be talking about this.

There have been cases where police plant evidence. There have also been cases where people were shot committing crimes. You haven’t yet stated how police planting pot in his house would effect the case at all.

  • Ricklaw

Their usual tactics trying to discredit his credibility since hes black any simple thing can that

  • cherrypie

Yeah ok. Not about to go back and forth with you but I will say this. What happened to this young man was tragic and never should have happened. I pray that his family receives justice and that woman is held accountable.

  • Waya Hedia

    She will be.

  • dontgetblocked

She had those items with her. She was getting off work and would have a lunchbox, etc.

  • dontgetblocked

There’s a lot going on here. Now that the world knows he may have smoked weed, what was in her system? For those of you confused, her police equipment was there because she dropped her stuff during the shooting and aftermath. She was just getting off work and had the items with her.

  • TheOwley

From the moment this story broke out, I knew we were going to land here, the local PD doing all possible to exonerate one of their own. This is why the FBI should have been involved from the jump. By the time they are through, she shot him in self defense even though she was the intruder in his own place. Wait for it.

  • TheOwley

They are weaving this story to death, no pun, until they are satisfied it was all his fault and she needs to be exonerated. Where in the hell is the FBI.

  • nomika brown

I guess the same point of her walking into this young man’s apartment that she claimed was her apartment

  • the guest

Exactly. In the privacy of his own home.

  • the guest

    THIS!!!!

  • the guest

They are low key making inferences about his character.

  • the guest

A white women wouldn’t even think to go to the front door of a black man’s home on a Caribbean island and act a fool. White people take liberties with black people in America.

  • cherrypie

Sadly, you are correct. I knew it was going to be some bs when her story kept changing and they waited 3 days to charge her. But, especially when I heard they moved the case to the next county which is 80% white. I really don’t have a good feeling about the outcome of this case. I really hope I’m wrong tho. #belikebo

  • monique

And there are weed stores, so what.

  • Coco_Butter

It’s doesnt matter if he had crack, heroin,
assault rifles, horses whatever. He was in his OWN apartment. She violated his civil rights, she entered his home uninvited and killed a unarmed man.
I see her boys in blue are creating a defense for this racist bish

  • Jussjess25

    Coon stfu

  • Waya Hedia

    GFYS

  • Waya Hedia

    She never claimed that

  • Tailor Koko Milk

That nigga was up to no good ! It’s called Karma for that thug !

  • nomika brown

I know he never claimed that he didn’t have a chance to claim anything she went inside his apartment and she said she thought it was her apartment and she gave him verbal commands and she shot him in his apartment right or wrong

  • Waya Hedia

Typo. I was on my crappy phone. I meant “She” never claimed that.

  • Ghost

My thought EXACTLY! The vest is very interesting…if hers how did he get it..?

  • Waya Hedia

The only thing I can imagine is that she left it there after finding out she fk’d up. What I’m wondering is. Does she leave her door unlocked when she goes to work for 15 hours? If so, why did she just walk into his place without trying to unlock it? If she just walked into his place, why wasn’t HIS door locked.

Did she find the door open and then suspect that someone was in “her” apartment? That would make some sense but …

This story stinks to high heaven, actually.

  • the chosen one

    You’re right on that one.

  • the guest

She has changed her story with inconsistencies. But inconsistencies combined with the police department’s racist collusion and cover up lend themselves to reasonable doubt.

  • the guest

Her superiors probably did when they got to the scene.

  • the guest

    Racism is wicked.

  • Waya Hedia

Oh.. dang. You were good until you jumped the gun and went to the race card. Which inconsistencies?

  • Bre Bree

Well then why haven’t they released what’s in that female murderer’s apartment? She is the perpetrator.

  • Waya Hedia

    It wasn’t a crime scene.

  • Lady” Youngblood

And the weed 2, Everything they found was hers, But that’s irrelevant ok weed, Now explain why this crazy white Bi+(h kill this innocent man in his own house? Thats all I want to know.

  • Lady” Youngblood

I’m sure she also had the weed 2

  • Lady” Youngblood

You can look at her and can tell she does crystal meth, She was high on drug’s she’s a addict hater/ Racist its the same thing.

  • Waya Hedia

Oh puhleease. That’s so silly. Yeah.. she ain’t pretty and yeah.. she looks like she might have some problems. Don’t look now but you do as well.

  • Alextra Ballard

It still doesn’t justify him being dead.
