Amber Rose tried a new tactic to boost interest in her new boyfriend. So far, her previous efforts have failed to garner interest in the guy.
Amber, who has a colorful history of failed relationships with music industry men, is apparently dating Def Jam executive Alexander Edwards.
Amber introduced Edwards to her social media followers in a series of photos without much fanfare. So on Thursday she tried a different approach.
She referenced a lyric from one of ex-boyfriend Kanye West's songs in a caption of a photo showing her and Edwards wearing matching track suits.
"I don't care what none of y'all say, I still love him," she wrote.
The lyric is a play on a line from Kanye's 2005 mega hit "Gold Digger," in which he rapped, "I don't care what none of y'all say, I still love her."
Amber and Kanye dated from 2008 to 2010, when he dumped her after she constantly pestered him for sex.
According to Amber, Kanye was already dating Kim Kardashian when he gave her the boot. Apparently Kim didn't pester Kanye for sex.
