A Bronx man has been charged with concealing Lyric McHenry's body. The 26-year-old reality TV star was 20 weeks pregnant when her body was found on a sidewalk three months ago.
McHenry was wearing just a pajama top and underwear, but no pants when she was found around 5 am. On Aug. 14.
Alexis Meija-Ramirez was arrested and charged with tampering with physical evidence, according to an affidavit obtained by E! News.
The affidavit revealed McHenry died of an overdose of cocaine, alcohol and heroin.

Police are looking for "two other male individuals" who allegedly helped carry McHenry's body to the area above the Major Deagan Expressway in the Bronx.
McHenry, who was a lifelong friend of Magic Johnson's son EJ Johnson, graduated from Stanford University in 2014. She worked on The Real Hollywood Husbands reality TV show before going on to write for Refinery 29 and Complex.com.
Shortly after her death, Johnson wrote a statement on his Instagram account, explaining why he didn’t pay tribute to his friend.
"I'm going to make this clear to everyone there will be no mourning post because I'm not going to reduce a 25yr friendship to 1 Instagram post please respect my privacy and my process".
