Kim Porter, the mother of three of Sean Combs' 5 children was found dead Thursday at her Toluca Lake, CA home, according to TMZ. She was 47.
Sources tell TMZ emergency services were called to her home just after 12 noon Thursday following reports of a cardiac arrest. A source tells TMZ the mom-of-4 called her doctor complaining of "flu-like symptoms" and said she wasn't getting any better the day before she died. There are also reports that she had "pneumonia" for "several weeks".
A representative tells Page Six, "Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time."
Porter was the mother of Combs's 11-year-old twin daughters, D'Lila and Jessie James, and his son Christian Combs, 20. She is pictured below with her son Quincy Brown, left, and son Christian Combs, right, in 2005.
Kim was originally from Columbus, Georgia. She started out as a model after graduating from Columbus High School. In 1988 she moved to Atlanta to pursue her dreams.
She met R&B crooner Al B Sure in 1991, and she bore him a son, Quincy Brown.
In 1994, She met Sean "Puffy" Combs through her ex-boyfriend, music producer Dallas Austin.
Kim Porter's mother passed away from cancer in Columbus, GA in 2014.
